"Inbound" refers to calls on your own personal toll free number.
" Outbound"
calls are call backs, paging, and faxing. " Connected calls" are call
forwarded calls, call return, and cardless calling card calls. In the
case of connected calls we physically have to make two calls and connect
them, therefore, we have to charge a little extra. For all calls, billing is in
6 second increments
to help minimize your charges.

Calls in excess of included plan minutes are charged at 6.9 cents/minute
for both inbound and outbound calls, and 11.3 cents/minute for connected calls.
Minutes do
not roll over to the next month. Bulk minute plans
include the normal monthly rental, so the monthly rate listed is the total
amount (not including any options) per month. |
Startup is
either 1 or 2 months rental plus a small refundable deposit. Please see
