Call-back Message Delivery - Works in a manner similar to follow-me-live-call-transfer, but in this case finds you and plays your messages to you (PIN protected). If it can't find you at any of your numbers it will continue to try.

Fax-Back (Fax-on-Demand) - When the caller is at the main greeting or in the recorded information center (Ultimate Sales Tool), you can offer to send them a fax related to the message by having the caller press a key. The caller then enters a fax number. When the caller hangs up,  the system sends out the fax automatically.
