Inbound
calls refer to calls on your toll free number
that are not connected to you. These include voice messages and
voice-on-demand.
Outbound
calls are calls made by the system. This includes
message call-backs, paging, and faxing.
Connected calls are CONVERSATIONS. These
include forwarded calls, call return, and card-less calling card calls. In the
case of connected calls we physically have to make two calls and connect
them, therefore, we have to charge a little extra.
For all calls
( inbound, outbound, and connected), billing is in 6 second increments
to help minimize your charges.
